Quai des Notaires raises 7 million euros to bring notaries into the digital age

Patrick Mc Namara, CEO & Founder QUAI DES NOTAIRES

Quai des Notaires, a LegalTech specialized in digitizing notarial processes, has announced a 7 million euro fundraising during the Notaries’ Congress in Paris. This operation, supported by UI Investissements, three regional branches of Crédit Agricole, and sector-specific investors, aims to strengthen the startup’s presence in a market where competition is intensifying.

Launched in 2019 and certified by the Conseil supérieur du notariat in 2020, Quai des Notaires has already facilitated the signing of over 110,000 acts and the automation of 300,000 formalities. With 24% of notary offices registered on the platform, the company is continuing its expansion by developing new features for related sectors such as real estate and banking. The funds raised will also be used to intensify commercial development and further enhance the security and digital sovereignty of its platform, notably through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies.

According to Patrick Mc Namara, CEO of Quai des Notaires, the addition of AI components will allow for further automation of processes, providing notaries with more time, security, and efficiency in carrying out their duties.
