Attention, a New York-based startup, offers a solution to automate sales team tasks. Using artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP), Attention enables companies to maximize efficiency by automating post-call interactions and customer relationship management (CRM) processes.
The technology developed by Attention automatically transcribes sales calls, analyzes conversations to extract key information, and generates actionable items such as follow-up emails or CRM database updates. By eliminating repetitive tasks, this solution allows sales teams to focus on higher-value activities such as client relationships and sales strategy.
“Our vision is clear: put sales teams on autopilot by automating time-consuming, repetitive processes,” explains Anis Bennaceur, co-founder and CEO of Attention. With advanced call analysis, the platform can also identify customers at risk of churn and generate follow-up recommendations to improve client retention.
In less than two years, Attention has attracted major investors, including Alven, Eniac, and Frst, raising €13.2 million in a Series A round. The funds will enable the company to further develop its AI capabilities and automate additional sales tasks, continuing to simplify processes for sales teams.
With a long-term vision, Attention aims to create a fully automated sales ecosystem, where technology handles the majority of transactional tasks, allowing companies to operate more efficiently and generate maximum commercial impact with leaner teams.
