The transition to electric mobility is not just about deploying charging stations. It also relies on software solutions capable of orchestrating and optimizing existing infrastructure. In this context, AMPECO stands out by offering a white-label platform that allows charging operators and mobility service providers to efficiently manage their networks.
AMPECO’s solution, compatible with all types of hardware and featuring scalable functionalities, addresses the needs of a rapidly growing market. With over 160 clients in 60 countries, it already manages 120,000 charging points. The platform leverages open APIs to provide tailored integrations while ensuring smooth management of capacity, maintenance, and user satisfaction.
The importance of such software tools is underscored by industry projections: according to McKinsey, 40 million public charging points will be needed by 2030, requiring $500 billion in infrastructure investments. Platforms like AMPECO are becoming key players in preventing bottlenecks in the expansion of charging networks.
Since opening its office in Paris in 2023, AMPECO has strengthened its foothold in France. The company relies on strategic partnerships, such as the one with ChargeGuru x Zeplug to deploy 100,000 charging stations by 2025, and with INDIGO Group to upgrade its infrastructure. Internationally, AMPECO collaborates with operators such as E.ON Drive in Germany and Free2Move in the United States.
AMPECO recently raised $26 million in a Series B round led by Revaia, with participation from Cavalry Ventures, BMW iVentures, and LAUNCHhub Ventures. This funding brings the total raised since 2019 to $42 million and will be used to accelerate product innovation and strengthen the company’s global expansion.
