Kolsquare, a European player in influencer marketing, has announced the acquisition of Woomio, a platform specializing in the Nordic countries. Founded in 2014 in Copenhagen, Woomio serves over 300 clients, including Rituals, Flying Tiger, and Red Bull. This acquisition enables Kolsquare to expand its presence in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
Quentin Bordage, founder and CEO of Kolsquare, stated that this acquisition is part of a strategy for accelerated growth, which is already underway in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Bordage was particularly impressed by the quality of Woomio’s product and the expertise of its team.
Woomio’s tools, focused on data analysis and automation, will complement Kolsquare’s advanced features. This integration will enhance the platform’s offerings, particularly in the area of Responsible Influence, a key focus of Kolsquare’s strategy.
The acquisition is supported by team.blue, a European technology group that Kolsquare joined forces with earlier this year. This partnership has provided Kolsquare with the resources needed to intensify its growth and execute strategic acquisitions, such as the integration of Woomio.
