Founded in 2022 by Lucas Bédout and Clément Garbay, both former Spendesk executives, Hyperline positions itself as a catalyst for SaaS startups seeking operational efficiency amidst the growing complexity of billing systems.
Its platform enables businesses to manage a wide range of pricing scenarios, including recurring subscriptions, usage-based models, and custom discounts.
With an intuitive no-code interface, companies can configure and adjust their pricing strategies independently, without relying on technical teams. The solution seamlessly integrates with existing ecosystems by connecting CRMs, customer databases, and accounting software, while orchestrating payments through partners like Stripe and GoCardless. By centralizing these features, Hyperline ensures full automation of billing processes, minimizes errors, and reduces failed payments via a detailed monitoring dashboard.
A strategic approach to billing
Beyond automation, Hyperline embraces a strategic vision by transforming billing into a genuine lever for financial performance. By leveraging the data generated by its platform, clients can uncover opportunities to reduce churn, increase average revenue per user (ARPU), and optimize pricing models. This ability to impact key metrics positions Hyperline as a strategic partner for high-growth startups.
Through actionable, data-driven recommendations, Hyperline also supports better management of financial flows, encouraging a proactive approach to pricing adjustments. This flexibility is particularly valuable for young companies operating in dynamic and competitive markets.
International ambitions supported by two major funding rounds
Hyperline has raised a total of €13.4 million across two funding rounds. The first, completed in 2023, secured €4 million from renowned investors such as Index Ventures, Cocoa, Kima Ventures, and angel investors Rodolphe Ardant and Steve Avani.
The second round, closed in 2025, saw Index Ventures double down on its investment by leading an additional €9.4 million round. These funds are intended to accelerate platform development, structure Hyperline’s international expansion, and target strategic markets, including the United States.
