ARENAMETRIX raises 8 million euros to develop its CRM dedicated to the cultural and sports sectors

Kevin VITOZ, CEO of ARENAMETRIX

Founded in 2013 by Kévin Vitoz (CEO) and Ludovic Bordes (COO), Arenametrix has positioned itself as a key player in Data and CRM solutions for the cultural and sports sectors in Europe. The French scale-up leverages its sectoral expertise and deep understanding of local challenges to provide tools tailored to a rapidly evolving market.

Arenametrix stands out with its omnichannel platform, designed to meet the specific needs of event organizers. The platform integrates more than 100 connectors, including platforms like Weezevent, Ticketmaster, and Eventim, offering a centralized and comprehensive view of audience interactions. Organizers can analyze their data, segment their audiences, and automate ultra-personalized marketing campaigns through various channels, such as SMS, WhatsApp, or push notifications. The customer journey—from booking to post-event—is optimized to enhance spectator engagement and improve their overall experience.

Thanks to this approach, Arenametrix has convinced over 300 clients across sports, live entertainment, and museums or tourist sites. Among them are prestigious institutions like the Comédie Française, the Palais de Tokyo, and the Stade Français, which use the platform to better target their audiences while gaining operational efficiency. This specialization in entertainment and sports makes Arenametrix a credible alternative to American CRM solutions, which are often too generic for the European market.

Today, Arenametrix has strong international ambitions. Already present in cities such as Barcelona, Copenhagen, and Rome, the company generates 30% of its revenue internationally. It is now targeting strategic regions like Germany, the Benelux, and the Nordic countries, with a goal of 30 references per key market. In parallel, Arenametrix is pursuing a strategy of external growth, already initiated with the acquisitions of smartapps and GuestViews, to consolidate its position in a highly fragmented European market.

On the financial side, the company has set clear goals: reaching an ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) of €10 million within three years and €20 million within five years. Profitable since 2020, Arenametrix combines strong organic growth with a “buy & build” strategy to support its expansion.

To fuel this trajectory, Arenametrix has raised €8 million in a funding round led by Reflexion Capital. Historical investor Newfund also participated in the operation.
